
Columbus, OH – The Ohio State Buckeyes women’s gymnastics team kicked off their Big Ten Conference season with a resounding victory against the University of Iowa on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the Covelli Center in Columbus, Ohio. The Buckeyes showcased their dominance with a final team score of 196.275, surpassing Iowa’s 195.200.
Ohio State’s success was evident across all four events. They captured all four individual event titles, demonstrating exceptional individual performances. The team also excelled in the vault, beam, and floor routines, showcasing their depth and consistent execution.
This decisive win against Iowa marked a strong start to the Buckeyes’ Big Ten campaign.
