After a tough home opener last week The Ohio State Buckeyes got back on track against Tulsa and win 41-20. the Buckeyes went with a heavy ground attack this week to defeat Tulsa. Freshman TreVeyon Henderson lead the attack with a new freshman single game rushing record 277 yards on 24 carries. He also scored 3 touchdowns. Henderson had 52 and 48 yard touchdown runs, and added a 54 yard run during the game.

The Buckeye Defense still has some work to do giving up over 500 yards of total offense again. Tulsa quarterback Davis Brin threw of 428 yards in the losing effort. It was the middle of the field that gave the Buckeyes trouble as Tulsa used crossing routes to attack the defenders. The safeties and linebackers have their work cut out for them.
