
Fishers, IND – The Indy Ignite fought hard all night but came up short versus the Las Vegas Thrill on Thursday night in five sets. The Ignite won the first set with ease 25-16 with five players scoring at least two points. Vegas settled down and dominated for most of the rest of the night. The Ignite dug themselves into a hole in the rest of the sets having to come from behind in all of them. They fought hard and won the fourth 31-29. In the last set they were running on fumes and could not catch the spark to pull off the win losing the final set 15-12. Ainise Havili scored her first double-double of the season with 20 assists and 10 digs. Indy will play Grand Rapids on Saturday afternoon in and important match. The Ignite are in fourth place with a 12-11 record.
