East Lansing, MI—The 42nd Big Ten Women’s Gymnastics Championships took place on Saturday, March 23, at Michigan State’s Jenison Field House in East Lansing, Michigan. The Championship was divided into two sessions: the afternoon session featured Nebraska, Iowa, Illinois, Maryland, Rutgers, and Penn State, while Michigan, Michigan State, Ohio State, and Minnesota competed in the evening.

Michigan State clinched the Big Ten women’s gymnastics title with an impressive overall score of 197.600 in front of its home crowd. The victory marked its first conference championship in school history, and the Spartans also claimed the 2024 regular season title. 

Minnesota took second place with 197.500 points, and Michigan came in third with 197.225 points from the evening session. Ohio State secured fourth place with 197.050 points, while Maryland, Illinois, Nebraska, Penn State, Rutgers, and Iowa rounded out the standings in fifth to tenth place, respectively.
