Noblesville, IND – The 2026 USA Gymnastics Rhythmic Challenge and Invitational concluded this past weekend at The Arena at Innovation Mile in Noblesville, Indiana, marking a dominant start to the competitive season. The event served as the first major domestic litmus test for the nation’s top rhythmic talent, featuring both elite individual and group performances across senior and junior divisions.

Two-time U.S. all-around champion Rin Keys (Porter Ranch, Calif./Burlo Gymnastics) stole the spotlight by successfully defending her senior title for the third consecutive year. Keys delivered a masterclass in consistency, securing the all-around gold with a total score of 118.000. Her performance was punctuated by a clean sweep of the individual apparatus titles, taking top honors in hoop (29.450), ball (28.900), clubs (29.550), and ribbon (30.100).

In the junior division, Josephine Weber (Woodland Hills, Calif./Rhythmic Academy of Los Angeles) ascended to the top of the podium to claim the all-around crown with a score of 98.700. Weber, who was the 2025 junior silver medalist, edged out a competitive field that included silver medalist Riko Kawai and bronze medalist Izabella Oleynik. Meanwhile, the Senior National Group A—featuring Goda Balsys, Kristina Lee, Greta Pavilonyte, Kalina Trayanov, and Natalia Ye-Granda—continued their domestic dominance by sweeping the group all-around and apparatus titles.

This event officially kicks off a high-stakes 2026 calendar, providing the selection committee with early data for upcoming international assignments, including the Spring World Cup circuit. With veteran leaders like Keys maintaining their form and a new wave of juniors like Weber making their mark, the U.S. rhythmic program appears well-positioned heading into the heart of the season.
