The Indiana Hoosiers defeated the Washington Huskies 31–17 in front of 53,082 at Memorial Stadium on Saturday afternoon. The Hoosiers went ahead after a 67-yard pick six by D’Angelo Ponds. Tayven Jackson added a 42-yard touchdown pass to Omar Cooper Jr. Washington hung in tough with rushing touchdowns from Giles Jackson and Demond Williams Jr making it a 17-14 game in the third quarter. The Hoosiers added second half rushing touchdowns by Justice Ellison and Tayven Jackson to hold off the Huskies to get the win and improve to 8-0 for the season. Indiana will travel to Michigan State next week.
